7:40 Plan my day · 34 due plan

Work the territory. The CRM fills itself in.

RouteAnchor tells you who's due, builds the day around your Google Calendar, talks you there turn by turn, and turns a ten-second note at the door into records and follow-ups. No data entry. No homework.

Invite-only · $29.99 a month during the beta · Cancel anytime

RouteAnchor's Today screen on desktop: the day's seven stops as a numbered route on the map, with the Up next card and the route list beside it.
RouteAnchor on a phone: today's route on the map and the Up next card with Navigate and Log visit.

The problem

Most CRMs want homework.
You have a route to drive.

  • Notes lost in your camera roll
  • Follow-ups that live in your head
  • Spreadsheet mornings before the first stop
  • Friday-night data entry

RouteAnchor makes the job itself the record. Drive, stop, talk — the database grows as a byproduct of the work.

How a day works

Plan it. Drive it. Remember all of it.

01 · Morning

Who's due, drafted for you

Tap Plan my day: what's due and the accounts past their visit cadence, fitted around your appointments — each with a reason, like “2 min from your 10:30 AM · 76d since visit.”

Plan my day on desktop: suggested stops fitted around the day's two appointments, marked + on the map and listed in driving order, each with a one-line reason and Add or dismiss.
02 · On the road

Turn-by-turn, in the same app

One tap orders your stops by real drive time. Navigate speaks every turn, reroutes when you miss one, shows your speed and keeps the screen awake. Prefer Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze? Set Navigate to open it instead, or hand off mid-drive with Open in Maps.

Turn-by-turn directions in RouteAnchor: “800 ft, turn left onto West State Street” on top; the route on the map with your speed, 25 mph, and buttons for spoken directions, the route overview, north up and reporting a map issue; below, the trip details open: Northfield Walk-In Clinic, 4 min, 1.7 mi, arriving 9:06 AM, with Steps, Note, End, Log visit and Open in Maps.
Today's route on a phone: the calendar event, the day's totals with Optimize, and numbered stops with the drive between them and pinned times held in place.
03 · At the door

Every account remembers

Every account and person keeps one timeline — visits, calls, texts and notes, plus what's still open. Arrive, tap Log visit, and one more tap files it: No one in, Talked, Ordered or Follow-up.

A person's record on a phone: call, text, navigate or log a visit, a summary with what to bring up on the next visit, and her open items.
A logged visit on a phone: the receipt names who it was with and what happened, and shows the follow-up RouteAnchor already created.

Capture

One note at the door.
Everything filed.

Say it or type it the way you'd text a coworker. RouteAnchor saves it the moment you stop, matches it to the right person and account, and pulls out the follow-ups — every one shown, every one undoable.

  • Logged to the right account and person — likely duplicates get a merge sheet, not a second record
  • Saved as a note Ask can find by meaning
  • Follow-ups created for the right day — ✕ takes one back
  • Voice or text — with no signal, it saves on the phone and syncs later

Ask

Memory,
not management.

Ask what a buyer said three visits ago, who's due for a check-in, or which accounts went quiet. Answers come from your own notes, with numbered sources that open the note — and when nothing matches, it says so.

Ask it to add a follow-up, save a note, or move a task onto a day — it shows what it did, and task changes come with Undo.

Everything the route needs

Built for people who sell by showing up.

Route optimization

Every trip costs money. Make each one count.

One tap orders your stops by real drive time and never makes a pinned appointment late. Drag to taste, or Revert.

Calendar companion

Your calendar stays in charge.

Calendar events hold their times; Plan my day fills the free time around them. RouteAnchor never changes an event unless you turn on two-way sync.

Duplicates

Same person, second visit? Recognized.

Notes and visits match the person you already have by phone, email and name. Likely duplicates get one merge sheet that shows what moves — with Undo.

Turn by turn

Eyes on the road. Directions in your ear.

Spoken turn-by-turn that reroutes when you miss a turn, and Log visit the moment you arrive. Open in Maps hands the drive to Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze.

Follow-ups

Tasks float until you act on them.

Follow-ups wait on one list, grouped by when they're due — not stuck on a day. Plan my day pulls in the due ones, and “next time I'm here” tasks come up when you log a visit there.

Day one

Bring the list you already have.

Drop in a CSV or Excel export. Auto-map reads the columns, the review flags possible duplicates, and every account lands on the map.

Territory map

See who's due before you drive.

Every account on one map, shaded by how long since your last visit — overdue, due, recent, not visited — so you can see who's due and who's nearby before you leave.

The Accounts map: every account pinned across the Boise area, shaded by how long since the last visit — overdue, due, recent and new — with the nearest accounts listed beside it.

Built on the road

Not designed in a boardroom. It was tested every weekday on a real route.

RouteAnchor was built and tested by a working field rep on a statewide territory across Idaho. Every feature had to earn its place by saving a stop, a mile, or a forgotten follow-up.
